  • Senior Associates are at the core of our client-facing work, responsible for delivering the step change improvements that Stroud is known for. As a Senior Associate you will be working hand-in-hand with client teams to solve the largest operational problems facing them. The teams you help lead will deliver bottom line results to the organisation in a matter of weeks and drive a lasting cultural change in the organisations and people you work with. You will be a direct point of contact for site leadership and will be supported by Project Leads or Engagement leads on your engagements. As you gain experience you will begin taking responsibility for developing and line managing Associates on your client engagements.

    Role Specifics

    • Coach and lead client teams to solve their toughest problems

    • Build strong, lasting relationships with the client

    • Be a direct point of contact for site leadership

    • Develop and line manage Associate level employees

    • Drive internal improvements and initiatives (e.g. recruiting, training, etc.)

    • Standard travel expectations are Monday to Thursday on the client site, Friday in the office with the whole company

    Qualifications

    • 1-4 years of experience in: management consulting, oil & gas, engineering, manufacturing, project management - with proven fast career progression

    • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a technical subject (typically STEM)

  • Project Leads take full responsibility for the delivery of significant pieces of work within large engagements or leading the whole of a smaller client engagement. The client teams that you lead, and the client teams of your direct reports, will deliver bottom line results to the organization in a matter of weeks by working hand-in-hand with our clients to solve their toughest problems. You will be the primary site contact for our clients and will be working with the site leaders to develop their long term vision and plan. Whilst delivering direct results you will also take on a significant leadership role, both leading teams of Associates and Senior Associates on your client engagement and taking on internal leadership roles within Stroud.

    • Be the primary site contact and leader for a project, building strong, lasting relationships with senior clients

    • Coach and lead client teams to solve their toughest problems

    • Develop, coach, and line manage Associates and Senior Associates

    • Be a leader internally in our business, responsible for leading internal initiatives

    • Standard travel expectations are Monday to Thursday on the client site, Friday in the office with the whole company

  • Engagement Leads take responsibility for the delivery of large engagements, or multiple smaller engagements. As an Engagement Lead you will be seen as a peer by senior clients and will be looked as someone who can help them truly transform the performance and culture of their organization. You will have developed and demonstrated the ability to lead our talent (Associates, Senior Associates and Project Leads) to deliver on complex client engagements. You will have significant autonomy in running your client engagements from start to finish and will develop a network of senior clients who value the insights you can provide. As an Engagement Lead you will collaborate with Principals and Partners to develop business through your current engagements and networks. Internally, you will be viewed as a leader within the business and will take on significant internal leadership responsibilities.

    Role Specifics

    • Manage key stakeholder and senior client relationships on your engagements, being viewed by senior clients as someone who can help them transform performance and the mindsets of their organisation

    • Coach and lead our talent to drive large operational improvement programmes, typically across a large engagement or multiple smaller engagements

    • Responsible for development of associate, senior associate, and project lead level employees

    • Viewed as a key leader within the business, with significant internal leadership responsibilities

    • Collaborate with Principals and Partners to develop business through your client engagements and network

    • Standard travel expectations are Monday to Thursday on the client site, Friday in the office with the whole company
