Recruiting Timeline

Information session
16:00-17:30, Wednesday 7th October or Tuesday 13th October 2026
Online, zoom link will be sent to applicants on the day
You must attend one of the Information Sessions as part of your application. Once you apply online through the link above, you will be registered, and a reminder email will be sent out closer to the date. At the end of the session, you will be asked to take a short aptitude test.

First Round Interviews
15 minute slot on 9th - 16th October
Online
Successful candidates will be invited to a First Round Interview. The aim is to get to know you beyond your CV and test score. This is a brief (about 15 minutes) behavioural interview — no cases.

Second Round Interviews
9:00-17:00, Thursday 22nd or Friday 23rd October
Central London
The Second Round Interviews are a two-part session devoted to applying your abilities to solve real problems. Expect a combination of individual analysis, group case studies, and presentations.

Final Round Interviews
1 hour on Friday 30th October
Central London
Final Round Interviews will be individual and aim to answer any remaining questions. This is a good time to explore whether Stroud fits within your broader career goals.
