Recruiting Process

  • Aptitude Test

    Online

    The first stage of the application process will be to complete a short aptitude test. This will take around 35 minutes.

  • First Round Interviews

    Online

    Successful candidates will be invited to a First Round Interview. The aim is to get to know you beyond your CV and test score. This is a ~45 minute behavioural interview — no cases.

  • Second Round Interviews

    In person at our London Holborn Office

    2 hours

    The Second Round Interview will be devoted to applying your abilities to solve real problems. The cases are closely based on past Stroud projects, and will give you more insight into the kind of situations you would find working at Stroud, and the specific skills and abilities that are core to our work.

  • Final Round Interviews

    In person at our London Holborn Office

    2 hours

    Final Round Interviews aim to answer any remaining questions. This is a good time to explore whether Stroud fits within your broader career goals.
