Rob is a Partner at Stroud and leads our London office, serving clients across the UK, Europe, and worldwide. Rob has experience across a variety of industries—including automotive, heavy manufacturing, and chemicals—but is drawn to the most complex and technically demanding manufacturing challenges. Internally, Rob plays a central role in how Stroud's front-line teams deliver results, and works closely with senior client executives to design and execute business-changing improvement programmes.

Rob has demonstrated an immense talent for stepping into highly complex operational environments and finding opportunity where others see a dead end. He has a natural ability to coach his teams to look past traditional constraints, helping clients substantially increase productivity, streamline supply chains, and unlock hidden capacity. Where Rob truly differentiates himself is his ability to solve the high-stakes, deeply technical problems that industry experts have previously deemed unsolvable—breaking them down into practical, common-sense solutions that drive immediate business value.

He holds a first-class BA and MSci in Experimental and Theoretical Physics from the University of Cambridge, bringing a rigorous scientific mindset to his client work. Rob lives in Watford with his wife. In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis and football, and when he can escape to warmer climates, he is a keen scuba diver.
