Elena is a partner at Stroud and leads our Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) practice, serving clients across the United States and Canada. Elena has experience across a breadth of manufacturing sectors—from injection-molded plastics to medical devices—but is passionate about her work in the food and beverage industry. Internally, she is a cornerstone of the firm's growth and culture, leading global personnel management alongside recruiting, onboarding, and new hire development.

Elena has delivered powerful results helping major food and beverage manufacturers drive improvements in plant capacity, yield, cost, and quality. Her recent work includes leading multi-facility engagements with a payback period of less than 3 months, with a track record of clients continuing to sustain results a more than a year later.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with Dean's Scholar honors from Queen's University. Elena lives in Calgary with her partner and two daughters. Food is both a professional and personal passion, and she enjoys baking and trying new restaurants around the city.
