“What makes working in Stroud particularly rewarding is being surrounded by extremely high performing people in an open environment focused on delivering results and personal development.”
After graduating from Imperial College with an MEng in Aeronautical Engineering and some time in an offshore wind analysis consultancy, I got the opportunity to join the Stroud team in London. The switch from Engineering to Operations has allowed me to tackle hard, technical problems while engaging with senior leadership and operations personnel on-site.
In my first couple of months in Stroud I’ve worked in fibre and ceramics manufacturing operations across Germany, solving problems in industries I hadn’t had the chance to explore before.
What makes working in Stroud particularly rewarding is being surrounded by extremely high performing people in an open environment focused on delivering results and personal development. The tools, the type of work, and the people in Stroud all lead to a very fast and exciting pace of development.
While not on-site or travelling, I spend my time enjoying the great things London has to offer: good live music, interesting food and, when the English weather allows it, fantastic parks and green areas in which to read a book or play guitar.
